Jennifer joined Capital Associates in 2001 to manage Weston I, a 214,000 square foot class “A”, “flagship” quality office building. Upon arriving at Capital, Jennifer was responsible for coordinating the renovations of Weston I from a single tenant to a multi-tenant building. Her past assignments have also included 13,000 and 14,001 Weston and the recently developed 80,000 class “A” Weston II. She is currently serving as Property Manager for Concourse Lakeside I & II in the RTP/I-40 submarket and Trinity Place, a 112,000 square foot class "A" office building in the West Raleigh submarket .
Jennifer has a good understanding of the Triangle market. While previously working for Tri Properties and CB Richard Ellis, Jennifer was responsible for managing a downtown high-rise as well as multiple class “A” suburban properties. She was responsible for property management, tenant fit ups and asset management of those properties.
Jennifer has a current North Carolina Real Estate license and has her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through the Building Owners and Managers Institute. Jennifer moved to North Carolina in 1993 from Connecticut where she majored in Economics at Connecticut State University.
